The colony is devoid of high-rise buildings and has roads 60 to 80 feet wide and spread
over 137 acres. By providing the colony residents with all available facilities like parks,
hospital, schools, a leisure club, a shopping mall and a health center, the township has
become self-sufficient.
Completed in about 24 months, the colony has 1263 plots and a project cost of more
than Rs. 100 crores. The colony has already been issued the Completion certificate by the DTCP, Haryana.
Two atria divide the traffic equally, providing easy access and giving the entrance
a comforting feel.
